Career Prospects

Graduates may be employed in the field of passenger transport or customer services management. They are competent to take up positions like Flight Attendants, Airline Ground Staffs, Cruise Ambassadors, Retail Operation Trainees, Call Center Operation Trainees, and Customer Service Representatives in the public and private sectors.

Articulation

Graduates may pursue relevant Degrees locally or overseas. They may also apply for admission to the top-up Degree programmes in Hong Kong offered by the following university in collaboration with the School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE): [Not applicable to Mainland students]
