The programme aims to provide students with a solid foundation of various business operations and practices in aviation, airline, airport and passenger transport industry.

It also enables students to establish a correct and positive attitude to customers and acquire the necessary skills and tools to deliver quality customer services.

Career Prospects

Graduates may be employed in the field of passenger transport or customer services management. They are competent to take up positions like Flight Attendants, Airline Ground Staff, Cruise Ambassadors, Retail Operation Trainees, Call Center Operation Trainees, and Customer Service Representatives in the public and private sectors.

Articulation

Graduates may pursue relevant Degrees locally or overseas. They may also apply for admission to the top-up Degree programmes in Hong Kong offered by the following university in collaboration with the School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE): [Not applicable to Mainland students]

Professional Recognition

The programme has maintained close contact with the passenger transport industry. We regularly invite guest speakers from industry and arrange aviation-related workplace attachments for students.

Note

Students may be required to attend classes on other VTC campuses. VTC reserves the right to cancel any programme, revise programme title, content or change the offering institute(s) / campus(es) / class venue(s) if circumstances so warrant.


The programme is an interdisciplinary collaboration, jointly offered by the Business and Hospitality disciplines.


The revalidation of the programme will be conducted in 2025. The curriculum will be updated if circumstances so warrant.
